Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on Thursday, 10th June 1999, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before it an account, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Proxies to be used at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting. P. B.
