Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Knights & Company, First Floor, Milford House, 43-55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2BP, on 21st May 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s act and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
