At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 805 Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London EC1M 5SQ, on 23rd April 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Duncan Robert Beat, of 805 Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
