EXTENSION OF CONSERVATION AREA STANHOPE ROAD/GRANGE ROAD CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, Darlington Borough Council resolved on 29th April 1999 to designate further parts of the Borough as a conservation area. The effect is to extend the Stanhope Road/Grange Road Conservation Area. The extent of the newly extended Conservation Area is shown on a plan available for inspection at the Department of Development and Technical Services, Town Hall, Darlington, County Durham DL1 5QT.
