THE BARNET (EDGWARE, MOWBRAY ROAD) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (1991, NO. 21) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made, on Tuesday, 4th May 1999, the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 51 and Parts I to III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general nature and effect of the Order is as advertised in The London Gazette dated 25th February 1999, Issue No. 55413, Ref. No. 489. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on Monday, 10th May 1999, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; and (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), 0181-359 4330 or 0181-359 4310. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
