NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR A LOCAL PLAN NORTH CORNWALL DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN

Notice is hereby given that, on 30th April 1999, North Cornwall District Council adopted their plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the Development Plan for North Cornwall District. The Development Plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at District Council Offices, 8.45 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.45 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday: Barn Lane, Bodmin. Bude Visitor Centre, Crescent Car Park, Bude. College Road, Camelford Market House Arcade, Market Street, Launceston. Higher Trenant Road, Wadebridge. Trevanion Road, Wadebridge. Libraries (during normal opening hours): Bodmin Library, Lower Bore Street, Bodmin. Bude Library, The Wharf, Bude. Callington Library, Launceston Road, Callington. Launceston Library, Boundall’s Lane, Launceston. Padstow Library, The Institute, Padstow. Wadebridge Library, Southern Way, Wadebridge. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 6th May 1999, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
