Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting Christopher Gordon Powell, Anthony Maurice Davies, Charles Harvey Sinclair Almond and Timothy David Treherne, carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of Beaumonts, has been dissolved as from 30th April 1999, so far as concerns Christopher Gordon Powell and Anthony Maurice Davies, who retire from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Charles Harvey Sinclair Almond, Timothy David Treherne and Richard Gareth Peter Clements who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of “Beaumonts”.
