Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these Orders which will impose waiting and loading restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedule to this notice. Copies of the proposed Orders together with a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposals can be seen at Oaklands Gate Library, Northwood Hills Library, Hayes Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours for 21 days following the date on which this notice is published. Waiting and Loading prohibited at any time Northfield Parade: (a) the north-east, north and north-west sides (b) the south-west side, from a point in line with the north-eastern flank of No. 1 Northfield Parade, north-eastwards and north-westwards to a point 2 metres south-east of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 2 Northfield Parade. Parking Permitted for 20 minutes (no return within 1 hour) Northfield Parade, Hayes, the south-west side, from a point 2 metres south-east of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 2 Northfield Parade, north-eastwards to a point 1 metre north-west of a point in line with the south-western flank wall of No. 4 Northfield Parade. Waiting prohibited at any time Pinner Road, Northwood, both sides, between a point in line with the western kerb-line of Oakdale Avenue and a point in line with the westernmost boundary of No. 117 Pinner Road. Northwood Way, Northwood, both sides, between its junction with Pinner Road and a point 6.1 metres south of a point opposite the southern wall of No. 166 Northwood Way. Potter Street, Northwood, both sides, between its junction with Pinner Road and a point in line with the south-western boundary of No. 3 Potter Street. High Street, Uxbridge, the north-east side, between a point 40 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Braybourne Close and a point in line with said kerb-line. Waiting Prohibited between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive Chartwell Road, Northwood 5th May 1999.
