THE GIRTON ROAD INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP

Notice is given that Adela Estates Limited, has resigned from the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Adela Estates Limited, Merger Investments Limited, Rothwell House Investment Limited, Geecam Limited, Swanland Investments Limited, Rothwell Park Investments Limited and Formsweep Limited, carrying on business as a Partnership for property investment under the style or name of The Girton Road Investment Partnership as from 26th April 1999, and has assigned its share and interest in the said Partnership to Patrina Investments Limited, which has become a Partner in the said Partnership in its place. All debts due and owing by the said Partnership will be received and paid respectively by Patrina Investments Limited, Merger Investments Limited, Rothwell House Investments Limited, Geecam Limited, Swanland Investments Limited, Rothwell Park Investments Limited and Formsweep Limited, who will continue to carry on business in partnership under the style or name of The Girton Road Investment Partnership.
