Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members of the above Companies will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, on 28th May 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an accocunt laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, by not later than 12 noon on 27th May 1999. R.
