In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 1997 of 1999 In the Matter of CAMBRIAN HEATING AND PLUMBING SERVICES and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Cambrian Heating and Plumbing Services (a Partnership), whose principal place of business is Kingsway House, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend CF31 3SB, presented on 18th March 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Cardiff VAT Office, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road, East Cardiff CF1 9SS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th May 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, by 1600 hours on 11th May 1999.
