THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.   ) ORDER 199 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order, would be to further amend the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1994, so as to (a) impose waiting restrictions, operative between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, on the length of road specified in Schedule 1 to this notice; (b) impose waiting restrictions, operative at any time, on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 to this notice. Details of exemptions from the restrictions for certain vehicles and persons, together with restrictions on selling or advertising in a restricted street are contained in the original Order of 1994. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order, may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the address given below. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to Parkman Consultancy, Transportation Section, 24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published. Endsleigh Road, both sides, between the south-western kerb-line of Norwood Road, and a point 10 metres south-west of that kerb-line. Norwood Road, the south side, from a point 5 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Endsleigh Road, and a point 5 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Endsleigh Road. Wimborne Avenue, the north side, between a point opposite the common boundary wall of Nos. 1 and 2 Gladstone Cottages and a point 25 metres west of a point opposite that wall. 30th April 1999.
