At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Coast Holdings Limited, held at Coast Investment & Development Co., PO Box 26755, Safat 13128, Kuwait, on 19th April 1999, the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Colin Graham Bird and Nigel Steven Hill, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” S.
