Notice is hereby given that by a deed poll dated 1st March 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales, on 8th March 1999, ALEX HAMILTON, NADIA HAMILTON and on behalf of Jane Hamilton and Vanessa Hamilton, minors, of 16 Preston Court, Lansdown Close, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 3NU and a British Citizen by virtue of section 6, 8(i) and 1(i) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Milan Lazarevic, Nadezda Lazarevic, Milena Jane Lazarevic and Vesna Lazarevic and assumed in lieu thereof the names of Alex Hamilton, Nadia Hamilton, Jane Hamilton and Vanessa Hamilton.
