In the Truro County Court.  No. 5 of 1999 In the Matter of J & J FURNITURE (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up J & J Furniture (the Partnership), whose principal place of business is at The Praze, Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall TR10 8DH, and the nature of whose business is furniture manufacturing, presented on 22nd February 1999 by Andrew Howard Beckingham and Robert William Birchall, both of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Midland House, Notte Street, Plymouth PL1 2EJ, the supervisors of the voluntary arrangement of the Partnership, will be heard at Truro County Court, The Courts of Justice, Edward Street, Truro TR1 2PB, on 15th April 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 14th April 1999.
