In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 001195 of 1999 In the Matter of ASHBOURNE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Finance House, 34 Railway Approach, Station Road, Harrow, Middlesex, presented on 16th February 1999 by Keyline Builders Merchants Limited, of Southbank House, Southbank Business Park, 1 Strathkelvin Place, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 1XH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 14th April 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
