In accordance with sections 146 and 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as modified by Schedule 18(2) of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, notice is hereby given that a combined Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Partnership and separate Members’ estates of Mark Christopher Jones and Helen Louise Jones (Brittain) trading as A Taste of Wales will be held at the offices of Clive Atkins & Co. Limited, 60 Mansel Street, Swansea SA1 5TF, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986) and Trustee (pursuant to section 331 (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and the administration of each bankrupt’s estate. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Clive Atkins & Co. Limited, Barley House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, by not later than 12 noon on 19th April 1999. V. L.
