NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by J. T. G. Stead, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 1 cubic metre per day of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of Illstron Stream at National Grid Reference SS 5670 9015, from Fairdene Cottage, Langrove, Parkmill, Swansea SA3 2EB. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 3rd May 1999, quoting Ref.
