NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by Woodlands Hall Caravan Park, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 60 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to ground at National Grid Reference SJ 0515 5809, from Woodlands Hall Caravan Park, Llanfwrog, Ruthin LL15 2AN. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 3rd May 1999, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/LM/CG0382401. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Chester Road, Buckley LL18 5UE. B.
