In the Rhyl County Court.  No. 7 of 1998 In the Matter of HERONSGATE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in a Company Voluntary Arrangement) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Dolphin Villa, Milwr, Holywell, Flintshire CH8 8HE, presented on 14th December 1998 by John David Travers, of All Saints Building, Corporation Street, Rotherham S60 1NX, claiming to be the Supervisor of the Company in Voluntary Arrangement will be heard at Rhyl County Court, The Courthouse, Clwyd Street, Rhyl, Denbighshire, on Thursday, 8th April 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 7th April 1999.
