Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of G. Groves & Son Limited will be held at the offices of Mercer and Hole, 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, on Tuesday, 20th April 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether or not the Liquidator should have his release. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, not later than 1600 hours on the business day before the Meeting. S. L.
