Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of Smartclub Limited will be held at the offices of Mercer and Hole, 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, on 20th April 1999, at 12 noon and 12.15 p.m., respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, not later than 4 p.m. of the business day before the Meeting. P. J.
