THE KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO.  ) ORDER 1999
THE CRESCENT, SURBITON—ONE-WAY-WORKING

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect of the Order would be to invoke one-way-working south-eastbound in that length of The Crescent, Surbiton which lies between a point opposite the northern flank wall of No. 4 The Crescent, Surbiton and a point 57 metres south-east of that point. A copy of the proposed Order, plans which indicates the location and effect of the Order, a copy of the press notice and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may, be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order at: The 2nd Floor Reception area, Guildhall 2, Kingston-upon-Thames KT1 1EU (between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive); and at Surbiton Library, 33 Ewell Road, Surbiton (during normal opening hours). Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the Director of Environmental Services (Engineering and Transportation), Guildhall 2, Kingston-upon-Thames KT1 1EU, by 12th April 1999.
