Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Cork Gully, 1 a Town Hall Square, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN31 1HY, on 21st April 1999, at 2.45 p.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 3 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 106 of the said Act, i.e., having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
