THE ROCK HEAD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (formerly Amcare Limited)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986,that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company is to be held at 11 a.m. on 26th April 1999, at 102 Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1FH, for the purpose of showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. Any member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a member. Please note that on 28th June 1996, the business and assets of Rock Head Developments Limited were sold to a third party, which now trades under the Amcare Limited name.
