Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and a Meeting of the Creditors will be held at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 141 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3LG, on Friday, 30th April 1999, at 3.10 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Compnay disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. H. E.
