With effect from 28th February 1999 the Solicitors practice of NEVILLS which formerly operated from 11 Aldergate, 2 Bolebridge Street and as Baxters at 51 Bridge Street, Polesworth, Tamworth, will be subject to a de-merger. From the date indicated, the practice at 11 Aldergate, Tamworth will be known as “David J Foster & Co.” The practice at 51 Bridge Street, Polesworth will continue to be known as Baxters. The resident partners will continue to be Mr. D. J. Foster and Mr L. H. Ashman. The Office at 2 Bolebridge Street, Tamworth, will continue to be known as Nevills and the resident partners will be Mr. J. A. Kaye and Mr. I. Webster.
