NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 54 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to ground at National Grid Reference SN 8226 8361, from Caegarw Residential Caravan Park, Pyle, near Port Talbot. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, no later than Friday, 23rd April 1999, quoting Ref.
