In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 01458 of 1999 In the Matter of MPJ CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 102 Lichfield Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire B79 7QB, presented on 24th February 1999 by Pioneer Asphalts (U.K.) Limited, whose registered office is at Pioneer House, 56-60 Northolt Road, South Harrow HA2 0EY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 28th April 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
