In the Bridgend County Court.  No. 102 of 1998 In the Matter of R & B BUILDING MAINTENANCE (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of 9 Sampson Street, Windmill Court, Llantwit Major, South Glamorgan, presented on 16th December 1998 by Royal College of Nursing, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will be heard at Bridgend County Court, Crown Buildings, Angel Street, Bridgend, on 16th March 1999, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 15th March 1999.
