ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A5 TRUNK ROAD (POTTERSPURY, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE) (50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 1999

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on a length of the A5 Trunk Road at Potterspury in Northamptonshire. The effect of the Order is to impose a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the A5 between points 80 metres north-east of the Yardley Gobion Turn and 80 metres south-west of its junction with Puxley Road. A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours until 16th April 1999, at the offices of Northamptonshire County Council, Reception, County Hall, Guildhall Road, Northampton NN1 AT; South Northamptonshire Council, Springfields, Towcester, Northamptonshire NN12 7AE; or obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Network and Customer Services (Midland), Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL.
