WHITE AND PRISONT LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Buchler Phillips, 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF, on 17th March 1999, at 11 a.m., for the following purposes: to receive a statement as to the affairs of the Company; to consider nominations for the office of Liquidator and, if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidator of the Company; to consider establishing and, if thought fit, establish a Liquidation Committee, and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting. Subject as provided in the Insolvency Rules 1986, at the Meeting a person is entitled to vote only if there has been duly lodged a proof of debt claimed to be due to him from the Company and the claim has been admitted under Rule 4.70 for the purpose of entitlement to vote; and there has been lodged, by the time and date stated in this Notice, any proxy which he intends to be used on his behalf. Completion and return of a proxy form will not prevent a Creditor from attending in person. To be valid proxies must be lodged at the office of Buchler Phillips, 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF, on or before 12 noon on 16th March 1999. The Liquidator is required, during the period before the day on which the Creditors’ Meeting is to be held, to furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require.
