NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP LAND ADJACENT TO THE STAG AND HOUNDS PUBLIC HOUSE, RAMSEY ROAD/ST. IVES ROAD, OLDHURST

Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council, the local Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Huntingdon Magistrates Court sitting at The Courthouse, Market Hill, Huntingdon, on Wednesday, 14th April 1999, at 10 a.m., for an Order that part of the public highway adjacent to the Stag and Hounds Public House, Ramsey Road/St. Ives Road, Oldhurst be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan showing, by green colouring, the land which is the subject of the application may be inspected at Huntingdon Library, Princes Street, Huntingdon on Tuesdays to Thursdays between 9.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., on Fridays between 9.30 a.m. and 8 p.m., and on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. The library is closed on Mondays.
