CHRISTIES PANEL PRODUCTS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held under the provisions of section 23 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at the Redwood Lodge and Hotel, Beggar Bush Lane, Failand, Bristol, on 18th March 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in the Act. A secured Creditor is entitled to vote only in respect of the balance (if any) of his debt after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him. Creditors who intend to vote at the Meeting should note that written statements of claim must be lodged with the Administrator by 12 noon on the day before the Meeting at Pannell Kerr Foster, Pannell House, 6-7 Litfield Place, Clifton, Bristol BS8 3LX, and proxies for use at the Meeting must also be lodged with the Administrator at the same address.
