Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at J. W. Lewis & Co., 1st Floor, 62 High Street, Hanham, Bristol BS15 3DR, on 7th April 1999, at 2.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator on or before 6th April 1999. Proxies lodged after 12 noon on 6th April 1999, will not be accepted. J. W.
