In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 787 of 1999 In the Matter of ATOMTREE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Oaksfarm Furtherquarter, High Halden, Kent, presented on 9th February 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Canterbury VAT Office, Clarkson House, Rhodaus Town, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2BB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 23rd March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22nd March 1999.
