Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. on 16th April 1999, at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 7HG, to be followed by Annual and Final Meetings of Creditors at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 7HG, no later than 4 p.m. on the preceding business day. S. R.
