Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds, on 13th April 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.
