No. 786 of 1999 In the Matter of EQUINOX CONTRACTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 64 Eastcotes, Tile Hill, Coventry CV4 9AU, presented on 3rd February 1999 by HM Customs and Excise of Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17th March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 16th March 1999.
