In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 6994 of 1998 In the Matter of B & M CONSTRUCTION (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of 50 Courtenay Avenue, Waterloo, Liverpool, Merseyside, presented on 7th December 1998 by HM Customs & Excise Liverpool of Customs and Excise VAT Office, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 17th March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 16th March 1999.
