Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on 30th March 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. N. G.
