NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR A LOCAL PLAN BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK LOCAL PLAN

On 2nd March 1999 the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority adopted these plan proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the National Park Office, 7 Glamorgan Street, Brecon, the National Park Information Centres at Llandovery and Abergavenny and at the following libraries: Hay-on-Wye, Crickhowell, Ystradgynlais, Ammanford, Merthyr Tydfil (Central and Cefn Coed), Aberdare Central, Hirwaun and Brynmawr. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 5th March 1999, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
