REVISED LAYOUT OF ON-STREET PARKING PLACES

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 5th March 1999, made the above Orders. As part of an overall scheme to convert parking meters to Pay and Display facilities the parking layout in certain streets has been rationalised with a gain in residents spaces, the general effect of the Orders would be to make the changes listed below.

Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic signs on 8th March 1999 and for all other purposes on 29th March 1999 and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, telephone 0171 361 3487. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
