NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region. Application Ref. 400702 by Seven Developments Ltd. to discharge 3 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage from three house at The Old Post Office, Winterborne Houghton, Dorset, to a soakaway, in the Middle Stour Catchment at National Grid Reference ST 8210 0450. Copies of this application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Agency’s Offices at Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset. Any person who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to the Environment Planning Manager, Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8ST, quoting the above reference, not later than 6 weeks from the date of this advertisement.
