A Building certified for worship named CHURCH OF THE ENGLISH MARTYRS, Eskdakeside, Sleights, in the registration district of North Yorkshire, in the county of North Yorkshire, was on 19th February 1999, registered for solemnising marriages therein pursuant to section 41 of the Marriage Act 1949 as amended by Section 1(1) of the Marriage Acts Amendment Act 1958, in lieu of a building of the same name and address, now disused and the registration cancelled thereof.
