NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Burt Bros. (Bow) 1963 Limited (No. 00758804) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 22nd August 1989, pursuant to section 201 of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 9th July 1982 and made between Maurice Simons (1) and the Company (2) and David Leader and Allan Simons (3) situated at Stoneleigh Works, Stanfield Road, Bow, as the same is registered at Stevenage District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number NGL429969, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 29th January 1999.
