Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders will be to further amend the Redbridge (Parking Places) Order 1994, the Redbridge (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) Order 1993 and the Redbridge (On-Street Parking Places) (Pay and Display) Order 1994, by changing the existing metered parking bays in the service road, Woodford Avenue to pay and display except one which will be a designated parking bay for disabled persons. A copy of the Orders, of the above-mentioned Orders of 1993 and 1994 (and of the Orders that have amended those Orders), a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, until 25th March 1999. Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to the Chief Legal Officer, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford IG1 1DD, quoting Ref.
