PROPOSED STOPPING-UP OF A HIGHWAY IN HIGHER OPENSHAW, MANCHESTER

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that the proposed Order under section 247 of the above which would have authorised the stopping-up of a footpath off Bransford Road, Higher Openshaw, Manchester, as referred to in the notice of 2nd December 1998, will not be made, the application for the Order having been withdrawn.
