At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The White House, Melbourne Street, Leeds, on Thursday, 11th February 1999, at 11.30 a.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that A.
