Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Michael Thomas Seery and Brian Green, both of KPMG Corporate Recovery, St. James’ Square, Manchester M2 6DS, United Kingdom, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 16th February 1999 by the Creditors of the Company. The Creditors’ Meeting confirmed the appointment which was made by the Members on 4th February 1999. All Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before 31st March 1999, to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidators. M. T.
